Pilegaz can you open event viewer (start menu -> search for event viewer) and look for that error in windows logs -> application, if it's there highlight it and screenshot the window below the events.

Create a new thread if you still haven't managed to fix it.
It says: Popup Application: plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe - Application Error: The application failed to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click OK to close it.
