Game crash and staff report

Can you please help me, when i asked for help on discord mods told me to send a message to mw3/bow2 support channel, im having an issue where my plutinium freezes on game start and i wrote it there and when i asked them if any1 is going to asnwer after 15 minutes of waiting they told me to have some patience, 2 staff guys were constantly talking and insulting me in general channel and didnt answer on my question but were just talking in general chat, they have been asking me if im retarded and blind and then when i again asked if any1 is going to asnwer on my mw3-suport channel request they told me that if i was less rude maybe someone would asnwer and they put some kind of restriction on my account, i can't type anything in any channel no more.

zekavirtus1234 from what i can see the "restriction" was more than justified so it won't be removed.

Issue: After pressing the Play Button the launcher disappears but the game does not start
Possible Solutions:- Download this https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download extract it to any location (you can delete it afterwards) and install all redist's and directx (dxsetup.exe in the directx folder).

- if you use mcaffee or any other highly intrusive antivirus software uninstall it.

Chase Oh no, I just asked first time if someone can help me with that issue in general chat and then when i was told to write it in mw3-support channel i did and then after 15 minutes i asked if someone could reply because staff was chatting with each other in general chat instead of telling me how to fix it, and I don't know how staff can tell someone that is asking for help that hes retarded and blind and not being deranked or at least muted, I mean I never insulted anybody and I got muted so yeah.

Yea no insults at all.. besides "shit staff" and threatening ppl with "i turned on recordings" (which is laughable, what do you think that will do?).
Just drop it, you acted entitled and rude and got muted. Deal with it.
The rule is that if you need help you post in support channels, it's completely irrelevant if you actually get help there or not, the rule still stands. -

Dss0 Dss0 It was supposed to say " Look at this shit, staff calling me retarded and blind and im acting rude" even if it says "look at this shit staff" does that mean that I will get muted for saying that and staff wont get any punishemt for calling new members retarded and blind? Im fine with my punishment but them not getting anything for saying those things is just lame and I dont understand why you say that it is laughable that i recorded staff calling me retarded, I guess you enjoy insulting people so thats why you laugh?
