Go to the "redist" folder in your game folder then go to the "directx" folder and run DXSETUP.exe. -

mohamaggg2000 try installing this https://www.sereby.org/site/downloads/DirectX 9.0c - Juni 2010 (Addon).
If it still doesn't work do this:
- open the start menu and search for "cmd"
- run cmd as admin
- execute the following command
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth- after dism has finished repairing your system restart your pc
