VCRUNTIME140.dll and VCRMSVCP140.dll error if i start the plutonium Launcher

I have two Error Codes one is VCRMSVCP140.DLL AND VCRUNTIME140.DLL when i start the Plutonium Launcher.
I deleted the Game completely and the Launcher and Reinsalled both. 3 times and the game still dont work.
I tried to install The .dll datas manually but the Launcher still dont work.
