I was banned recently for using a multiplayer mod menu in a custom game? I used it yesterday and today I use it again and it says I got banned?? My user is BreadSpread. Is there any way to remove this?

You were banned because you injected a menu, if you followed the official guides, you wouldn't be banned.
Wait out your ban, do not try and create alts.
