Cant physically run the launcher

So i know this is a windows error, but we have tried literally everything to get my friends game working. Absolutely nothing has helped. Anyone got any help? The error code is 0xc000007b![alt text]

@VirusPortal find the folder "redist" and install everything in there including DirectX.
