The volume is low even though I set the volume at like 60. I already tried the in-game settings and the volume mixer. Is there a way to fix this?

I played the game with those settings for months and I got 60 fps straight

I can run the game cause I ran it at 800x600. Also, I ran a benchmark for this game and it says I can run it :/. I'm trying to run the game with okay graphics.

My laptop meets the specifications for bo2 but I can't even run the game on medium settings without lag. So how do I fix this?

My specs:
CPU: i7 -4610m
GPU: Intel hd graphics 4600 (dedicated 576 mb)
RAM: ddr3 16 gb
2 SSD's

I think I can edit the config files but I don't know where it's located

I think i found a fix but how do i access the config files for bo1?

Then what can I do to fix the lag?

For some reason bo1 lags so much even though it meets the specifications? Please help me fix this issue.
