LockeLowkeyLoki You would take the main and zone files (from the DLC download) and put them directly into the root game folder.
brostosjoined This is unhelpful. They might've placed the folders incorrectly. Basing off of size does nothing.
The plutonium launcher is just one exe that grabs updates. If you can't connect to the servers you can try changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 or use a VPN.
Install everything inside the Redist folder, including DirectX/DXSETUP

If this does not help, you can try updating to Windows 10.
zugrii That is a different problem. You have two solutions.
Redist folder, including DirectX/DXSETUPIf you open the game console with the tilde key, you can type
/unlockall
and you will get everything.
Ahmad52 Do you have any other antivirus installed? It could be that messing with it. I've known McAfee to not let the game start.
Does your display go up to 1920x1080? and have you looked at every single resolution option offered by the game? you might've just missed it.

You will be missing those files. Those are old and unused anymore (unless you are using custom camos)
