this error means you have NOT selected the correct game folder. (or if you are 100% sure you did, then you have broken game files).
Default location is Program Files (x86)/steam/steamapps/common/GAME FOLDER IS HERE
if still sure, right click on the game in steam and select properties, installed files, verify integrity of game files.
T3rm we can only help you if you own the game on steam. Pirated copies of the game are not supported. Once you get the game on steam, point the plutonium launcher to your steam game files and you should be good to go!
ascensions yeah, a number that high usually means you did it more than once... it's only 7 days for the first one...
i use an sql database for all external data / stats (player data/info, kills, stats, high rounds, time, server status, player count, server use, reset times, etc)
I used the fileIO method but the database got way too big and bogged down. It was also cumbersome to sort through and very slow. SQL is super fast and easy to sort and the best part is the work is done off server and then sent to whatever source asks for it (in game, the discord bot, webpages, etc)
It was a must for the number of entries my database quickly grew to.
Edit: it helps that i was very familiar with SQL but if you are not, i think it is a relatively easy thing to learn and popular enough that any simple google search can yield the results you need on the proper way to word queries.
FLASH11112 it looks like you never verified your email address so you won't be able to get it back. the only thing you can do is remember your password. Also, make sure you are typing it in with all caps (FLASH1111 and not Flash1111, etc)
Edit: suggest you verify your email for your FLASH11112 account (or whatever name you end up going with) to keep that one protected in case this happens again!

It also says the GateDiggers friendly title in big bold letters before you have to hit play... so it's not like you have to guess or decipher the background image.
gore_ yeah i didn't know what you meant by that trickshot last kill thing but since you offered it as something that you were doing when you got banned, i just wanted to clarify...
I'm not trying to say that you are necessarily lying, i'm just saying i've never known the staff to take a banned person's "word for it" and reversed a ban... they know how the anti-cheat works and i'm sure have logs that can tell them much more info than what us normals are privy to!
I absolutely disagree that this is "clearly an issue" because if there was a rampant issue of false positives, you would see A HELL of a lot more people complaining about it compared to the VERY few people (most of whom i bet are full of crap) saying they didn't do anything.
I am obviously not staff or an admin so if they want to dig more into this, they can... My answers just came from the last couple years of observations of people who did in fact cheat and just said they wouldn't do it again. Just passing along the info!

Only thing you can really do is wait out your ban and not do it again. (and read up on the anticheat doc... it is very clear that you need to be in LAN mode to disable the anti-cheat.)
Zack_Cereal there is nothing for plutonium to resolve... this is a connection issue between you and the plutonium update server... and while there are a handful of people that have this issue (and you see them posting / asking) the other 99% of us have no issues... so not sure what you want "resolved"
There are a handful of things you can do to try and fix your issue:
Reset router, change DNS, switch to ethernet/wifi/hotspot, use VPN for initial connection, etc... there is something about your internet setup/connection that the cloudflare servers don't like i guess.
then make your own personal server... then you'll be in control of who you ban and why

Server owners can ban people from their servers for whatever reason they want... they own the server. Sometimes it is a legit reason, sometimes it is not.
not a mass issue... those that experience this can usually fix it with cloudflare warp.
can you paste a picture of your settings window showing both of those things set to public?

Plutonium doesn't do unbans... that's the part i think you were asking about.
server owners can kick or ban anyone they want for whatever reason they want. Some server owners are good, some are not. just is what it is.

everytime you try to get around the ban, it adds more time. all you can do is wait out your ban time, and don't do it again.
Azshaunohod you have broken pirated files... those are not supported or allowed anymore.
Get your game files from steam and point plutonium to those and you'll be all set!
