Jxrdanb you'll need to log into the account that it is linked to and unlink it. then you'll be able to link it to another account.
If you can't remember the credentials to log into that other account, you'll need a mod / staff to help, but you'll need to have proof that it is your account of course (plutonium and steam) but even then i don't know if they'll be able to help.

Strage no one from plutonium is blocking Russia. If your government is blocking certain websites or connections then you can use a VPN.
Plutonium does not block VPNs. if you are unable to connect with a VPN that means that that particular server owner does not allow VPNs.
It is not plutonium blocking you.
gamer_live can't help you with those files anymore... things changed 3 years ago when activision started shutting people down... now plutonium only provides support for steam files.
If you get the game from Steam and use the "game settings" button to point plutonium to your steam game directory, you'll be all set!
anflous46 sounds like you have a russian copy of the game... changing a language specific copy of the game is a little harder than normal language changes.
For the missing maps... it seems you don't own the DLC maps. Those maps are all extra content that you need to purchase as addons to the base game.
that's usually because of one of three things:
you have it hidden:
you have a filter set:
or you got it from steam rip and not the actual game.

Atxmicsz you likely need to install multiplayer. this error is usually because you only have the base game installed.
get the games you want to play on steam and then point plutonium to their folder and you'll be all set! Plutonium doesn't make the games appear in steam, you have to have them.
Gxnfeed plutonium doesn't control what happens on servers... the server owners control their servers and can ban for whatever reason they want. If they are banning you for stupid reasons, then it is a stupid server... just go find a better one.
Or find that server owner and tell them you think they are a poo poo head... maybe they'll change their ways

assuming your ban is on steam and not plutonium, then yes. but you might want to read up on plutonium's anticheat policies: https://plutonium.pw/docs/anticheat/ and don't get yourself banned from here too.
it should tell you how much longer when you try to login. The length for the first ban is 7 days. if you create more accounts to try to get around that, it will add time each time you do that. If you get banned a second time the ban is for life... but when you try to login, it will tell you how much longer you have.
