@Gumbastuds Your issue's related to your antivirus. Check the filesize of pluto, it's probably 0KB. Disable your AV and redownload it from http://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe

Side note: Plutonium's up now, so you shouldn't be facing any issues.

Edit it in plutonium_mp.cfg (and _zm.cfg).

Yes it's around 13.7GB + client files so yeah would take time. And those are files from another client, hence you need to delete them

I'm assuming the error shows access denied and stuff, did you try launching pluto as admin? Also add pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to your antivirus's exclusions.

Well did you change the value to something your monitor supports? Then I'm outta ideas. If it crashes with crashdumps created, you can try to upload the dump to gdrive as stated in the error, and post the link here. Then a dev can take a look into it.

Also make sure your drivers are updated.

Try restarting your PC and run pluto as admin again. Not sure what you mean by "can't log in and download launcher again"?

SkeyZ You download the stuff, drop the iwis into t6r -> data -> images. Create the folders in your BO2 folder if you don't have them.

Log out and log in the launcher couple of times.

Can you screenshot the error?

k5set That's a problem with your antivirus. Go to quarantine, restore that file or you could add pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions and launch Pluto as admin again, does the same thing.

Probably has nothing to do with your controller, try typing out these commands in the bootstrapper window - r_fullscreen 0;vid_xpos 0;vid_ypos 0;r_noborder 1;vid_restart

How do we know that it isn't malicious? The devs behind this project have been working on this project for years and tons of hard work has gone into this. Do you think they'd compromise all that just to infect your PC with a malware?

And regarding to what's causing it:-
Do you know how anti-virus scanners work? Anti-virus scanners are actually completely useless software. They only detect what is already known, actual viruses that are new are NOT detected. When someone figures out something is a virus, patterns are being made. These patterns are a sequence of certain bytes, for example E8 90 74 29 E9 02 28 92 whatever.
If this exact match is found somewhere, the anti-virus software thinks it is a virus. In our case, it is caused because we launch the game and we modify the game before it starts, so that you can play it. We need to modify the game otherwise you can't play Plutonium online, we need to do it to add features and to emulate the game.
Hence, a false-positive.
