Ye well isn't it obvious? That shit's a decade old, doesn't support dx11 so you're forcing it to support it. Plus you're playing on an igpu, which can barely squeeze out 20fps in that game. Lags/crashes are meant to happen. That only happens on the launcher btw. Once you hit play and the launcher closes, you should be fine again.

Do you have avermedia/elgato or any similar softwares installed? Have any VR connected? Or any overlays? Try quitting all unnecessary apps in the background and running the game again.

It means exactly what it says, google how to find kaspersky's quarantine section. Kaspersky puts suspicious files inside that quarantine and the files stay there until the user decides what to do with it - purge it or restore it. Restoring it will restore the file and adds some exclusions to it. However since manual exclusions aren't really working, I doubt that'd work too, but you're free to try.

Try deleting mpdata inside %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\demonware\18409\user and running the game again.

Install this, then try running the game again.

Do you have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background? Or avermedia software installed?

What's your GPU? Try updating your drivers and running the game again.
