You could also try closing any overlays that might be running in the background. Also, screenshot the bootstrapper window or paste the logs here. I wanna see the logs before the crash happens.

Usually DX overlays, for example msi afterburner, rivatuner, avermedia software, etc.

It's upto the server owners on which maps they choose to host, what to put in map rotations and so on.

The screenshot you provided has different servers running different custom maps and provided t4 doesn't get a lot of players, their map rotations probably aren't updated very frequently.

If that doesn't work - your AV, or your firewall, or your ISP might be blocking the connection.

If that doesn't work, try a VPN. If that does indeed fix your issue, then the problem is either your AV, or your firewall, or your ISP blocking the connection.

Repair your game through the torrent then, if you're sure steam fucks up its repair process somehow.

Try deleting the %localappdata%/Plutonium folder and running the launcher again.

Run this, restart PC once its done.
