Pretty simple, I'd make it myself but I have no experience in scripting. One for BO2 would also be nice.

Each time I launch the game shadows automatically re-enable, how do I keep them off permanently?

Resxt I know this is old but what would I be looking to change specifically?

This happened to me but only after I had my router crashed remotely while playing BO2 without Plutonium (I forgot to launch it). Plutonium hasn't worked since despite multiple clean installs.
