Update: I deleted my Plutonium folder from %LOCALAPPDATA% and it works fine after redownloading everything.

I just double checked with my game, I do not have any issues just setting 2560x1440 as a resolution.

Can you double check if your PC does detect that resolution with your refreshrate of 165?

For anyone wondering in the future, in case you have *.png textures.

Convert the pngs to DDS here: https://online-converting.com/image/convert2dds/ (using A8R8G8B8) Convert the DDS to IWI with the tool linked above. Put them into the folder and they work.
