no,im not able to make it to the bottstrapper

whats the bootstrapper Im able to open the launcher then I click on bo2 zombies press play then it loads for maybe a second then everyhting freezes and crashes

no error pops up just crashes

I already had the launcher downloaded but it still crashes and I have windows 10

there is no error when I try to open zombies the launcher will load then everything crashes
