The answer to OP's question has been answered by sass, as such I'll be locking the thread.
Piry.exe downloads the Plutonium Mod, you need to wait for it to reach 100% and then start t6rmp.exe
You should also install Windows 10. We do not support Windows 7, the game may run but we won't waste our time helping to fix problems, for that reason I'm also locking this thread. @MattFlyBoy OK - let it go to 100% and then if it says it was successful, you can try to run t6rmp.exe - make sure you add C:\Games to your windows defender folder exclusions.
Move your folder out of OneDrive for a start. It's not good for the game to be in a cloud storage drive.
We suggest C:\Games (you will need to make the Games folder)
You will need to add a new exclusion for C:\Games to ensure it is covered.
Then re-run piry.exe and let it update and try again. DM me on Discord if that doesn't sort it and i'll try to get a remote control session going in the day few hours.
Can you screenshot your BO2 Game folder and also screenshot your Windows Defender Exclusions screen and send them here please so we can double check them.
Once the folder has been added as an exclusion, you need to re-run piry.exe and let it re-download t6r.dll and then you should be good to go since Windows Defender won't delete the t6r.dll file after that.
Jonezki You have to leave it for longer, it is downloading a large file and seems to be stuck but it isn't.

Your first screenshot shows piry.exe downloading to your Downloads folder.
Your second screenshot shows your game folder with piry.exe as F:\plutonium bo2\
This makes me think you have misunderstood the instructions.
Close Piry.exe
Then delete everything inside F;\Plutonium bo2\ except piry.exe
Then run piry.exe as Administrator.
Ensure you are running the piry.exe that is inside your plutonium bo2 folder, not your Downloads folder.
The installer will take some time depending on your internet connection, that's normal.
70 Megabits per second fiber download should take about 30 or 40 minutes.
Can you show a screenshot of the folder that piry.exe is in please. Also include file path, thanks.
This isn't the place for that, we are not a marketplace. You'd be best approaching some established servers and seeing if their GSC developers want to be paid to make your mod.

No - the limit is pretty hardcoded in multiple area's of the base game IIRC.
First remove McAfee, that's the main problem. There is no virus, it's a false positive.
Lets not suggest for people to remove their entire Antivirus...
Rikimon19 McAfee is considered pretty bad, unless you paid for it, I would really suggest you go with another provider such as Kaspersky. (Do your own research)
If you don't want to do that, but still want to play, you need to 'add an exclusion' to McAfee so it ignores the BO2 game folder.It's also known as whitelisting.
If you're simply looking for an explanation - the game does alot of things that malware would do too, such as update itself, make connections to our backend, looks IP addresses for servers, modifies memory etc - plus the files are classed as 'new' since we compiled them recently.
The result is false positive reports, it's one of the reasons most antivirus products have a 'exclude a file or folder' option.
You have an antivirus, I can say that with 99.9% certainty, t6r.dll doesn't just delete itself for no reason.
If you're running Windows 10 and think you don't have an antivirus, you're likely using the built in Windows Defender. Then do as the other guy said and re-run piry.exe to get t6r.dll again and it should stay.
In regards to no servers, the current timeout is 2 seconds, even the devs come close to 1.7 seconds sometimes, in the next update it's increased to 10 seconds.

INF I believe textures fall under the same category, as time goes on we'll allow more and more custom zone content.
