Increase Server tickrate -
Increase Server TickratePlease increase the Server Tickrate to at least 60! Back then the low Tickrate wasn't that big of an issue, because there was a range of bad / mediocre and good players (SKILLGAP!). Nowadays, I would highly reccomend to increase the server tickrate to today's standards and maybe even go further (60/120hz) When the game is so sweaty, at the very least make the the competition fair. Because the only player who wins the gunfight is whoever shoots first, there's nothing more that matters. I know that cod is distinguished by whoever shoots first, but back then the SKILLGAP wasn't and issue. Especially for a player like me that plays on 60 hz, it is almost impossible to engage into gunfights with such a low tickrate.
I hope that the tickrate will be increased in general, especially with that skillgap that is through the godddamn roof.
PLEASE INCREASE THE SERVER TICKRATE, IT WOULD MAKE GUNFIGHTS MUCH MORE FAIR, ESPECIALLY FOR PLAYERS WITH LOWER FRAMERATES.

The server tickrate is AWFUL, especially in such a sweaty and almost competetive enviroment.
Fix your Client, it has been almost a year since your comeback and the TICK RATE / HITREG is still AWFUL. THE PLAYERS ARE AWFUL. THE NETCODE IS AWFUL. YOUR CLIENT IS AWFUL. Small tweaks and changes can make it the revival, but in the current state it's awful.
What's the point of having DeDiCaded SErVeRs, when the tickrate is just as awful as on a hosted connection, no matter the ping.FIX YOUR FUCKING CLIENT, IT IS UNPLAYABLE.

PLUTONIUM MW3 IS UNPLAYABLEDear Pluto Devs,
your Client has been around for a while, but it still has sooo many ANNOYING issues that can be fixed easily. To make things clear, Mw3 is a game that is way beyond it's life support, and certain things won't be ever fixed, like the lack of players and the amount of annoying sweats. I have made a list for you that contains all the small but extremely annoying issues that CAN BE FIXED but never have been.

Improve HITREG
Mw3 never had a great hit detection, but it's somehow worse on here. Evidence: go into a private match, spawn in some bots and shoot one bullet at an bot and look how long it takes for the game to register the hit. And that is a pretty big delay with a 5 ms ping in a private match. In online matches, it's even worse, making the game super inconsistent. Especially with how sweaty it is these days. Please fix the hitreg, because other cods like cod4x somehow did it better. Bcs for example: When I am on cod4 in a private match with bots and a 5 ms ping, it means that the hitmarker shows up in the next 5 ms. I play on 60hz, which means that there's a new frame every 16 ms. Which means that the hitmarker should show up in the next frame, which it does on cod4, but not on IW5. -
Remove Team collision
Not much to say here, it's f***ing annoying to spawn in and and not being able to move, because you are bumping into your teammates, which means that when everyone's stuck, enemies get 5 free kills with the acr, because noone can move. -
Patch ACR / MP7, MK14, Shotguns, Explosives, Stuns....
These things make the game pure cancer. Either remove the Acr and Mp7 entirely from the game or decrease their damage. No server admin is gonna do that, it is all on the client itself. Those things are killing way to quickly, and combined with how sweaty plutonium is these days it makes the game unenjoyable. -
Visibility
Please remove r_fog, because it's distracting. Especially in such a toxic, braindead and sweaty enviroment.
I hope you take this message seriously and try to patch at least one of these things. Because your client has the potential to be a revival for mw3, otherwise I feel like it's going to keep declining.
Please respond if you intend to patch these issues.

Lack of hit indication when getting shot at, pls fix immediatleyDear Pluto devs,
I love your client, but at the same time it has soooo many problems. Some of them are technical things that can be fixed, whereas others that are just there and CAN'T be fixed. (Sweats, Lack of players, overpopulated or "dead" unpopulated servers). My biggest problem however is the lack of hit indicator (not the hitmarker) when I get shot at. I have zipped you some gameplay footage (https://www.transfernow.net/dl/20210714mhT1M0Y2/A55BP3ft) to show you the problem. Please analyse how often I got shot at and how often you have seen the indicator that shows the the direction I get shot from. I know that I'm not a good player, but doesn't excuse that there's no indication WHERE I GOT SHOT FROM. The lack of that feature makes every game basically unplayable, because if I can't out of my spawn, if I can't get my s*** together and keep up with mp7 sweats that are squatting behind objects building up their streaks, AT THE VERY LEAST LET ME KNOW THE DIRECTION WHERE I AM GETTING SHOT FROM. I personally think it is really weird that noone is complaining about or noticing that, although it is a really big issue for me.
I hope this issue will be patched immediately because it makes the client unplayable. I am currently making a video about the GOOD and the BAD of plutonium IW5, especially about the issues that CAN be fixed and things that CAN'T be fixed. I really really want your client to be the ultimate platform when it comes to mw3. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.Thanks in advance.

I love MW3 to death, but in the current state Plutonium IW5 is in right now is awful. Everyone knows that Plutonium is super sweaty these days (without SBMM), because it doesn't have a fresh/ new playerbase.
Still, I think there are soo many things that you can improve to make it more sustainable and less sanity - taking. I personally get burnt out after 2 minutes and I never want to play pluto ever again. I highly respect the amount of support Plutonium has, and its not your fault that MW3 lacks a new / fresh playerbase. So here are a few things I would implement into your client to make it not loose my sanity after a half match:

Disable fog / better visibility
I tried to disable fog by using the console command /r_fog "0", but apparently It didn't change anything. If you already change so many things, I would love to have a better overall visibility. (for longer distances) -
Nerf ACR / MP7
As MW3 is extremely sweaty these days, of course players will use the most overpowered guns to get an advantage, but I personally think it sucks that I have to use the most overpowered Gun on earth to compete. p.e.: When I get used to the non existant recoil of the ACR, it will be damn hard to use different guns because they require more skill. SO PLEASE ADD RECOIL TO THE ACR / MP7 OR AT LEAST DECREASE THEIR DAMAGE.

This Rust server is awful, because the droptime is too low and too unforgiveable. Pls set it to default health or DOUBLE THE HEALTH. -

MW3 NEEDS A NEW PLAYERBASE.
THE FACT THAT I HAVE TO GIVE 120 % IN EVERY GUNFIGHT SUCKS ESPECIALLY IF THERE IS NO PAYOFF FOR GIVING 200% ALL THE TIME. I DO EVERYTHING I CAN AND I FEEL ITS STILL NOT ENOUGH. I KNOW IT'S NOT POSSIBLE, BUT AT LEAST MAKE GUNFIGHTS MORE FAIR.
