Currently Dead Ops animation is really buggy when running on a server. Almost unplayable, but works fine on solo and private match. You should test it out yourself before putting up a public server and see if you can patch it yourself

It's all about location. You can have the fastest internet in the world, but the distance from where you live and your friend's location determines the ping. Like, for example, Europe to Australia would ping around 300ms or more, but Australia to North America would give a better ping due to distance.

It's all about your Pc specs and even though most people can start the game up. It doesn't mean i'll run good in-game if your specs is low end, I suggest if your case is a low end pc to lower all graphic settings, disable shadows and if that doesn't work edit your config file to gain more frames

You say it's ez problem, but can't figure it out on your own. Simple answer learn GSC and stop waiting for someone to hold your hand and make everything for you.

China is very strict with censorship. Especially with Gaming. They need to use a VPN for almost anything to avoid punishment and they even restrict under the age of 18 to play for a few hours a day.

Known issue that has been answered many times on the forum already. The error occurs when the server is inactive after awhile and it's not joinable until the server restarts. Search on the forum first, because you might find multiple answers to your question already from another post.

@SR-71Blackbird All their clients was made to support only servers and private match. Play the steam version if you want matchmaking

@bokodoge one of you is not updated to the newest revision. Make sure to run plutonium launcher directly and not as a shortcut or pinned to taskbar to update correctly. No sessions found when joining a server is a known issue

Get better ddos protection or block the ip range in the firewall so he can't attack you. Look up guides if your not experience with adding firewall rules and Iptables

It's a visual bug and you need to click on the server once to show the true ping. Just look for servers that display the region you live in like EU or NA etc

You need to select the folder that contains the files for bo2 and not the exe or a single file. Read the instructions first carefully.

Since your spending limit is $20 or less. You will not be able to host as many servers with that kind of price range since each server consumes 1-2gb of ram. Besides specs you really need a good DDoS Protection Service because of the trolls that play on plutonium hit off servers for fun or advertise their tool / botnet to others. Spending more just for good DDoS protection is worth it or your going to have a headache dealing with them all the time

Known issue and there isn't a fix atm. That error occurs when the server is empty after awhile. Only when the server restarts is it joinable again. Have patience for the next update.

Accept the ban and quit trying to fool everyone. It's not going to work. Most people that get ban will say anything to get unban. I'm innocent and I did nothing wrong excuse been used over a million times. It gets old

When server owners start their servers. Anyone can join just fine without issue even with 300 ping, but when the server remains empty like around 30mins to an hour that error will occur and hence un-joinable session occurs until the server is restarted by the owner.

Just have patience guys. It takes time to fix issues with the new implemented features for bo1 zombies that never existed before like dedicated servers. Bo2 and WaW had issues at launch as well, but eventually all were resolved. Everyone acts like Plutonium is a Triple A company with 100 devs on a payroll. When it's just a passion project they do for the community for FREE... Devs / Staffs answer the same questions over 100 times and they do not need to repeat themselves. People just need to wait and appreciate what they have done for the community.
