@Neesss this seems to be a bug with certain maps
Open the console and type
/r_flamefx_enable 0 to fix the issue when this happens

cmcc1075 I get your point but this is actually the best option. As said above a lot of people asked for aim assist while a lot said it would be a very bad decision. So allowing server hosters (players) to have it enabled or disabled is the best decision Plutonium could make.

Giants Torchhyx this is not a proof of cheating. Knowing wallbang spots on such a small map just means he knows about the game

Penerektus if you have the game on Steam then you can probably just change the language there. If you use the torrent then you will have to find the spanish files yourself on Google or buy the game

oofnuts_ you could try moving the Plutonium folder in %localappdata% to delete while keeping it in backup in case. Then repair your game again and open the launcher this will redownload the required files then start MW3 to see how it goes.
