Objective: Stay alive for as long as you can and prevent X number of zombies from escaping
Map ends: When all players die or X number of zombies escape

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha.Back in 2019 a YouTube channel by the name of "Prototype Preservation" disappeared just as quick as it appeared. This channel focused on early pre-alpha versions of Call of Duty Black Ops 2, mainly focusing on the multiplayer content showing the many ways that the game has progressed during its early development, also showing many features that were cut along the way. It is theorized that many of the dev kits they utilized were sourced from "Prototype Warehouse" on "Archive.org". However, it was directly by the hand of Treyarch that this channel was terminated as they have been known to send cease and desist letters to those who either obtain these dev kits or post media from them online. Multiple users have claimed that Treyarch has an automated tool to remove this type of media from the internet as it is posted.
There is without a doubt an early dev kit of the zombies game mode somewhere in circulation on the wider internet, and in fact Protype Preservation before their termination claimed to have a copy with early Green Run, even playing it claiming is was very different from the map Tranzit that we got at launch. This was said 3 days leading up to the termination of the channel, ergo the only footage of pre-alpha Green Run is now lost, assuming Prototype Preservation was served a cease and desist because of this claim. Since then several new pieces of photos/audio media have come up but no video exists of the early build online at all. Leaving the greater internet to wonder what early Green Run was like except the people holding these dev kits.

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha.hindercanrun Wholey shit you have it, subtle difference in the early title screen for multiplayer title screen as well. Don't think this has ever seen the light of day tried to reverse search it on google.

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha.hindercanrun "Prototype Preservation" on YouTube replied to one of my comments asking about Green Run way back in 2019 before he got cease and desisted and subsequently terminated. I asked if in any of his dev kits featured Green Run and he said yes and mentioned a day night cycle that was very crudely implemented. His channel watermark is on the first two screenshots of the thread to his lost video on "Hanford" (Tranzit)

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha.RedxSkull I heard the same sort of sentiment when I was looking around forums and threads relating to the legal issues with sharing screenshots or even video content from the alpha builds. Not much has been said about the differences between the alpha version of Green Run compared to the one that we got on launch. If you don't mind sharing I would be very interested to hear a description of what the early development of Green Run looked like as almost no information exists, even a description of it.

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha.hindercanrun Very interesting, I don't need to see screenshots or anything but can you describe what alpha Green Run is like compared to what we got on launch? Would be very interested to hear anything to further what is known about the early development of the map. Also yes please do send the alpha for your green-light alpha title screen mod, I really like the art style. I couldn't actually find a full resolution picture of the "Tranzit" title screen but when you got a devkit I would imagine its not too hard when your got the source haha.

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha.hindercanrun Whoa that is very cool, is that available on Plutonium? I forgot to include this in the thread but recently the round end sound was found for the Pre-Alpha of Tranzit and it is extremely different from the normal round end sound.

Black Ops 2 Tranzit Pre-Alpha."Lack of finding names" on the CODZ forum recently made a post credited someone by the name of Cashmint who managed to get a hold of some Pre-Alpha Tranzit stuff. Hoping this thread can create some more discussion on the topics, as its quite scarce even on the CODZ forum.
