My game gets stuck loading like this. I've tried literally everything. I've repaired my game atleast 20 times. I've factory reset my whole PC. Nothing has helped. I dont have any external AV. I have set exclusions for windows defender. It still stays the same.

Resxt All my antivirus softwares are disabled. Including windows security and everything. My antivirus is Total AV. I got the game from the plutonium guide.

Whenever I launch black ops 2 with the launcher the game refuses to actually load. Instead it sits on this screen forever. I know that this isn't due to antivirus as nothing is enabled and black ops 2 has already run on this same computer before. Can someone please help.
