Wannyyy I haven't gotten any responses and I still don't know how to fix it can someone help me?

coder x64 I just finished the scan and it said there was nothing wrong.

Wannyyy By the way this is exactly what I see in the cmd thing

A critical exception occured!
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x005769BA (plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe)

Dss0 You should be able to view it now.

Dss0 said in BO2 crashes when I open the game:

• playing pluto in virtual machines doesn't work incase you're using one

Also what is a "virtual machine"? All I have is a desktop PC.

Dss0 DMP file

Just looked at the cmd prompt for the error and it was a plutonium bootstrapper problem. Hope that helps as well. Not sure what to do still.

When I run BO2 the game starts then stops responding. Can't upload dmp file because it's too large. Can a staff member message me on discord and help me fix this issue? I just redownloaded the new launcher and that didn't help either. My Discord is Wanny#6220

@Mr-MaPSaBino Thanks! I haven't found any camos that replace the carbon fiber camo so I don't know the file names, etc. Guess I gotta keep diggin.

I wanted to make my own camo for the carbon fiber camo, but I don't know where to get the original files for the camo. Is there a way I can access the original camo files?

what camo does this replace?

I tried to play black ops 2 and it gave me this message and it won't let me play. Yes I have the game installed correctly and I don't know why this is happening. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!
