Into_TheVoid Where did you see a ban form? There is no official appeal process. Their policy is very strict regardless of how long you cheated. Since it's only a 20-day ban, your best bet is to just wait it out.

20 days seems like you tried to bypass it, so it banned you even longer. 2nd offense is permanent btw.

You could try using greyhound and go in lan mode to pull the textures animations, or models off.

They have a strict 0 tolerance policy. So, you're out of luck. They don't do ban appeals, you have to wait it out. Nothing you can do. Ban evading will only add more time and your 2nd offense would be permanent.
