MadScribe What antivirus you got cause you don't need it. Uninstall it as Windows Defender is all you need to protect your device. No need for mcafee, bitdefender, etc. Even if its disable some features are still working in the background.

That because someone tried to cheat on steam deck. Steam Decks uses the same HWID which means if one device gets banned all those with the same HWID also gets banned. It isn't really supported much either.

Salvatration Plutonium does not provide you game file. Not anymore since the xlab and sm2 incident. Also plutonium is a client, not the game itself.

That would explain your poor fps. Isn't really designed for high gaming. More like very light gaming or retro gaming. Plus old games are poorly optimized so debloating won't do much.
