“I've had the same issues as you and kinda found a solution.

I play bo2 using my laptop (1366p) connected to a monitor (1080p), I play on low res and stable @75 fps.

Sometimes I'd get 1-10 fps in mob of the dead or 20 fps in farm (yeah). I've tried lot of stuff and this is what I came up with.

First open Plutonium, once you see the comand line, click on the desktop until the game is loaded, then open the game. I've had some problems like getting a no signal screen on my monitor (One solution is joining a game, just spamming the right click once the game's opened, sometimes works)
If you're still getting trash fps, change your resolution and restart the game.

HavocTG Try cycling through your display settings. Fullscreen > Windowed > Windowed Borderless. It'll fix the lag spikes. The recycle it to what you like.

@HeavilySusYT I don't think so because each map loads a different file so they don't have the textures for the custom perks.

n00bie Plutonium staff already stated that if they made one they’ll get sued for it because black ops 3 is still making a lot of money for the company. If they do it they’ll get sued which they would have to stop all services. Which means goodbye to black ops 1, black ops 2, world at war, and modern warfare 3. Black ops 3 still has a large community.

Elite IV custom maps for black ops 2 isn’t supported. Why? Because Modded tool like World at war or Black ops 3 haven’t existed for black ops 2. There is custom maps but they are just changes to the original maps. Unless your talking about those.

Tifosi 92 I’m pretty sure also that Linux, Mac, and Windows 7 and under is not supported.

@giant-beam Have you tried deleting all game files and installing it? Is it torrent or steam version?
