You must have looked at a different forum then.

Assuming your connection is fine:
There is a time limit each client has in which it needs to finish loading into a match after connecting to a server.
If the client is too slow the server will think it timed out but once the client actually finishes loading the map it won't get any response from the server anymore as the server no longer knows the client.

There are 2 possible solution.

1. Speed up the clients, lower the time it takes them to load into the match.
2. Increase the time limit.

MP and ZM behave the same, you could try and restart the router of the host.
