On a more serious note some russian users mentioned zapret or trying any other VPN (including Cloudflare Warp) since it's your country which is the problem.

The sad state of the CoD "Community" which copy pastes your code and tries to sell it off as their own. Sometimes figuratively, sometimes literally.
We had an experiment going some time ago where a module largely written by a single dev was released as open source, they literally slapped a gui on top and started selling it...

That folder got deprecated half a decade ago.

Just FYI a fix for the issue with DLC camos was written 2 days ago and pushed to prod yesterday.

From our changelog for r5244:

• imgui.ini has been moved to the %localappdata%/Plutonium/storage/[game] folder
• It is now possible to rebind the IMGUI hotkeys via imgui.ini, a value of -1 disables a bind

You might want to take a look at the source of OAT.

We don't provide the game files, use Steam for that.
