That's a server ban and not a platform ban, nothing we can assist with.

Owning the game on Steam is a simple fix you can apply.

Try to change your DNS to something like 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare), 208.67.222.222 (OpenDNS), 8.8.8.8 (Google) or 9.9.9.9 (Quad 9 / IBM).
