Are your frames per second <= 200 ?
Otherwise definitely sounds like a network issue.

They are running inside of Docker containers which are running inside a Linux VM.

Have you set your local ip static?
Sounds like you don't always get the same ip and thus it breaks from time to time.

My servers record all games and if you request them during the match they upload the demo files to my discord.

Locking this as this clearly is a piracy related issue.
