Doesn't really count, they have hundreds of servers just for NAT hole punching, we don't have that luxury.

Xfinity definitely has caused issues in the past with its "xFi Advanced Security".

Something you could try is to host a server (with a server key) and check with wireshark if you get any incoming queries.

Start the game once through Steam and it will work.

You also need to set your game list to public, having your profile public alone is not enough.
