Nice release, I just went briefly through the GSC and you could simplify customization by using method pointers instead of a big switch. That would allow to add custom challenges by just calling AddReward from a different GSC file and would also allow you to pack map specific challenges into their own GSC files inside the map specific folders so their are only loaded on their own maps.

!report is a command provided by a 3rd party tool, called iw4ma.
It also does provide the command !list, which will print all conencted clients and their slot number, you can use this slot number on report instead of the name as well.
