    Seems like norton has only just caught wind of it, so is blocking it. Btw I have dealt with norton in the past, it's tbh trash. It thinks everything is a virus and cripples performance. If I was you personally I would uninstall. or if they scammed you into paying for it... don't renew it.

    @Tetsuyaa Soo? Because I have the same issue (same error), I know the solution (put the game in the Modern Warfare 3 folder) but I don't know how to fix it... The launcher just doesn't let us change the folder!

    You are complaining about a controller configuration, keyword configuration, configure it to how you like it. This has nothing to do with Plutonium as we don't supply these configurations nor support controllers yet on MW3.

    Currently, there is a bug with the launcher that will prevent you from changing your game folder location, so you have to manually fix that for now. Go to your start menu and type run Open this program, it will show a text box, in this text box type %localappdata% then press the enter key It will open a folder in the explorer. Now locate the folder called plutonium Right-click and delete that folder. Now when you launch the launcher again the setup button will be visible allowing you re-select your game folder.

    This is caused by some software running on your machine clashing with Pluto. SONAR RADAR, SONAR STUDIO, NAHIMIC, GAMERSFIRST IV, Advanced Systemcare Ultimate, and PREMIER OPINION and any other voice related / antivirus software are some of the programs that cause issue, uninstall them if you have them. Note you may need to allow plutonium in your antivirus.

    Alright I just noticed your mw3 folder is incomplete. It's missing files. This is why the launcher errors. Please reinstall MW3 from steam.

    @H3X1C aight. i fixed it. what i did was i just moved the original files from the steamapps folder instead of copying them and pasting.

    Cause the game was made for Windows 7 originally i believe, but the game also works in Win10.
