Now I have a new challenge for myself to find out why that 3rd computer is not showing the server and why only 62 out of 70?. Maybe any thoughts about this?

or u can do connect localhost:27017 or 27016 depending the port:)

Probably no server key set. Follow the server setup guide and ensure you did the serverkey part correctly.

I talked with RedMax from IW4MAdmin and it seems he also have the same issue.
You may have something broken.

QuakeStat can not get the player list (Q3 protocol) RCON status command is always displaying 0 for player score
