I consider one month of uptime to be quite good for a game made for Windows and running on a Linux system.
Unless you somehow create a memory dump of the process when this issue occurs it's impossible to tell you anything concrete.
You should put in place measures to restart the servers regularly.

Also note that giving a script file name doesn't make any sense.
No one knows what gunrotation.gsc is. It's a script from a random guy so you can't just drop names and expect people to understand what you're talking about

PutPut no, you can either subscribe to IW4MAdmin plugins or install them manually by download the plugins files and placing them manually.

I never got subscription to work flawlessly so I gave up on this and thus I cannot help you with subscriptions.
Normally you install a plugin, reboot IW4MAdmin and it asks you to configure the plugin in IW4M's cmd or for some plugins you edit the json files

To give you an example this is what I have because I configured it when re-running IW4MAdmin

This is something worth putting in the feature and bug bounties section as this is a feature on at least two other call of duty clients.
The idea proposed by Resxt is very cool.
I would probably do it that way as well in the meantime.

Esot3ric It's not an issue with your config. Somewhere, somehow in some game file, it attempts to set it to 24, but it's completely ignored because it is not a valid value. It will remain 14 or whatever you set it to.

This is not a crash Cosbys Perc 30s. It's a script runtime error. It does not affect gameplay but may cause hitching if it happens frequently.

There's no official support/doc for it but on Ubuntu based OS you can, don't know about Debian, I would say yes, not sure.
There are some tutorials on the forum for Ubuntu and people that know how could help, but I don't know
