    Screenshot the error? Also run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder, from the redist folder.

    de verdad me gustaria poder descagar el juegos y jugarlo online, no puedo cambiar a windows 10 porque consume bastantes recursos y no es muy estable, tengo windows 7 por la velocidad y para que me valla mejor el juego, y en el caso de que no se pueda, de todos modos muchas gracias por la asistencia

    So you try to launch plutonium.exe and nothing happens? Hit WIn+R, type winver and screenshot the window.

    We won't support windows 7 so waiting for that is pointless. Don't understand why you wouldn't just upgrade to 8.1 or 10, its free. Plus it doesn't really need a "powerful PC" to do so, you can run win10 on potato PCs as well.

    Something's blocking pluto (could be a 3rd party firewall or your ISP). Try changing DNS (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10) or use a VPN.

    @iosoyDeffect Plutonium doesn't support Windows 7. Upgrade to Windows 8.1 or 10 (10 is recommended)

    @Poaw .net framework 4.7.2 which i linked above doesn't work on win8 so you need to install it again now that you're on 8.1.

    @jamieh If you didn't already delete the Plutonium folder in %localappdata% (while the laucher is closed) and start it again. If this doesn't work then add the Plutonium folder as an exclusion in your antivirus. Also what is your antivirus? (Even if it is disabled this could still cause issues)

    @akaGrims Make sure the Plutonium launcher is closed then press Win + R and type %localappdata% then click OK. Here find the Plutonium folder and delete it. Then start the launcher again, let it download the required files again and try to login again.

    You might get away with just tunneling all connections to Plutonium through a proxy, most VPN providers to also offer socks5 proxies.
