Try changing DNS (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10?amp) or using a VPN.

@GiveMeYourMIlk usernames are case-sensitive so make sure to type it in exactly like it's shown on the forum.

Windows 7 isn't supported, upgrade to windows 10.

Did you follow that guide tho? There's another step (installing the redists) before adding Pluto to exclusions.

Clients for them? No. Get em from Steam.

What are you trying to do though? Also its present inside the Local folder inside the AppData folder (%localappdata%) if you've launched the launcher atleast once.
