Can you screenshot the error? Also no redownloading the game won't solve your launcher error.

That's more of a windows error rather than a Plutonium's one. A quick google search shows some other app might be hogging the same port the torrent client is trying to use hence why it failed. Try launching event viewer and seeing the most recent logs, there might be some more info. Screenshot that window. Also try quitting Skype if you have that running.

Try installing these 3 things: https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet-framework/thank-you/net472-web-installer https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x86.exe Also what is your GPU? Does it support DX11?

Not sure but I think this means you have an outdated version of the Pluto launcher. Try deleting %localappdata%/Plutonium and running plutonium.exe again. Also what antivirus do you use?

Uninstall webroot.
