Snowroller uninitialized iirc is caused due to you having an old build of plutonium instead of being on the latest one. If you're running plutonium.exe and still getting that error, delete %localappdata%/Plutonium and try running the launcher again. As for the "unknown error" - change DNS servers to 1.1.1.1 or use a VPN.

Hit Win+R, type winver and screenshot it. Btw if your windows version is anything below 1607 or later, you need to do the updates in order to play Plutonium.

@FreakinFreak make sure the filepath to your game folder doesn't contain special characters.

@math-suzin Run dxsetup.exe inside the DirectX folder, from the redist folder provided with the basegame.
