Hello, sadly we do not own an Apple M1 or any ARM-based device that runs Windows 10. Because of that, it is pretty much impossible for us to check what is causing the problem you're having. According to the crash address though, it is not crashing in the code of Plutonium itself, but in the code of an external library. (For example, DirectX)

No you don't, just because you are getting a textbox does not mean its the same error which is why you now have your own thread.

Delete plutonium.exe and the .new file, and redownload the launcher from https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe.

Post a screenshot of your bo2 folder and game settings of the launcher.

Yeah your windows version is too old, you need to do the updates. Plutonium can only run in versions 1607+

Well that's easily solvable. You can try the redist installer which should automatically do it for you. Or, go into your games folder then into redist and install everything in there and DirectX/DXSETUP.

I have done this and i will get to a map loading screen and I will get a challenge verification message.
