I’m having this exact same issue. Can anyone help me?? My BO1 is working fine. If I just purchase the MW3 game will it work? I don’t understand. Whenever I open plutonium on MW3 it says play, I need it to say setup because I might’ve messed up something while setting it up..

Well, apparently, now my laucher is working properly only with VPN on. It seems in this new update there was a change of protocols. I guess this is a goodbye for Plutonium from me. I will be checking it from time to time.
