Can you provide your steam id?

If you don't have access to the mail there isn't much that can be done. Have you donated on your old account to prove your ownership over that account through the payment information?

You can press Windows + TAB and click on the window you want alternatively. Hiding the console is gonna need some third party app or coding (idk any)

@Asunixe basically non Xbox controllers depend on games or Steam implementing PS controllers (thank Microsoft for that) So when playing a non Steam game with no PS controller support you either have to tell Steam to not touch your controller or exit Steam. I used to use DS4Windows which kinda does what Steam does but at a system level instead of having it available on Steam games only so I had it completely disabled on Steam. If that's not your case then simply exit Steam when booting up Plutonium or whatever

You have already set-up the game once, to change the folder again click on the cog wheel next to start.

The games don't require any admin rights.

@Xerxes So there is nothing I can do then? Can we add an email to it? I don't understand how I got a verification email if there is no email linked to it.
