Stop launching the launcher directly and start using plutonium.exe

We don't distribute the game files, so no its not missing.

Unrelated, except if you were actually banned for cheating. In that case, that's pretty self-explanatory why the Plutonium Anti-cheat system got you.

No.

Unless you have manually downloaded the launcher you must have plutonium.exe already somewhere.
You can however just download it again from the install guide.

Click game settings next to play

Try again and if that doesn't help try with a VPN.

Type in uploadstats in the console in a match, right before you die or after. This forces you to sync your stats.
