@Xerxes I tried this but it didn't work, instead something that I should have thought already, I simply run it as an administrator and it worked.

Get clean steam files instead of pirating a bad copy.

If you really have that problem it means you are not running plutonium.exe as instructed but are somehow starting the launcher directly.

You need to select your BO2 folder that you downloaded on Steam. It's in steamapps
