Hi I'm having the same issue. apparently I already have a plutonium account linked to my steam account but I dont know what that plutonium login/pwd is. Can anyone please help?

P.S. it lets me play zombies fine but not multiplayer..

They do not accept ban appeals. Even if you do say that, how do we not know that your words are guaranteed true? Whatever you did triggered the anti-cheat they had in place. 15 days mean you were banned once, then tried to bypass it with an alternate account, which only extended your ban. If caught triggering the anti-cheat again will lead to a permanent ban.
