    you revived a old thread? there issue was there upnp did not work as its a hit or miss on all routers and they also could not port forward so that is why they got recommended to use radmin vpn if they wanted to play with friends it has nothing to be about fixing a issue -locked

    @Chiggen_Wings try setting the game to windowed mode manually. While it's running open the bootstrapper cmd window that opens alongside the game, if you can access the start button you should be able to access that console too. Type: r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart into that console and hit enter.
