Make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background, quit them if you do. Also upload the dump to gdrive and post a link here.

Try writing r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart in the bootstrapper cmd window.

@Beckerzzazo change the language on steam (right click game in library -> properties -> language). If you don't own the game on steam we can't help you, we only provide english game files.

After lots of messing around, a fresh install and disabling nvidia sound in device manager seems to have stopped the crashes

It does not necessary have to be your HW, this issue is hard to debug and caused by the game having to run on PS3 and XBox 360, even Treyarch never managed to fix it even though they had the source code. I have had this crash twice in the last 3 years with more than enough RAM free that Windows keeps the files in memory.
