@lunita_tristona sadly you can't, everyones stats were reset after the last update.

Run plutonium.exe to make sure you're on the latest version (r1749), try writing resetstats in console and delete any camos you might've downloaded recently (sounds odd, but some camos might be corrupted and hence crashing the game everytime you try to join a server). Also are you sure this happens only when you're trying to join a server? Are there checkerboard loading screens by any chance before you crash?

Make sure your GPU drivers are updated, try running dxsetup.exe from the DirectX folder, from the redist folder. Where did you download BO2 from? Also do you frequently pirate other games from other repacks?

Assuming that's not an internet issue, your HDD is too slow then (you got 90 secs to load a map). Get a new SSD/HDD or you could try defragmenting your current hdd but doubt that'd work.

@cooliox You have a few options for getting the stats you want. You can make a GSC mod or use a GSC mod menu that sets player stats. Make sure you do not inject it and instead use the proper loading method from here: https://forum.plutonium.pw/topic/10/tutorial-loading-custom-gsc-scripts Load the mod in a private online match or on a local dedicated server( not lan mode otherwise your stats won't be available for online servers ) and use the custom script to set your stats. Make a feature bounty for more console commands to set more specific stats. You need to fork up some money if you go this route though but it will be done professionally. Otherwise mucking around with cheat engine or other memory editing tools is not the way because that will get you banned.

My specs shouldn't matter, I ran this game perfectly before and nothing has changed besides me getting a new monitor. But, to the other 2 questions, a bad laptop, and Windows.
