cruzy Win + R type winver and send a screenshot of the window. Also what is your antivirus? (even if it is disabled or has exclusions)

Did you install DX as the guide says? Also did you add Plutonium to your AV's exclusions? If you didn't, follow this https://streamable.com/5giauo
Edit: Saw in your screenshot you just downloaded the vc runtimes and .NET. You need to install directx as well for the games to launch.

HannesC i added it to my exclusions, and just installed dx. my launcher is still crashing when i go to play. i might just fac reset my pc and try to redownload it
