You were most likely hacking there isnt really any false bans i could be wrong so i do not know and if you were hacking and you are denying it but staff says you are they do not have to show you logs as it can give hackers a way to cheat so

how you gotta use bluetooth for xbox one controllers and it should work perfectly fine

you could still inject hacks and even if you really are banned for hacks they wont unban you or show you proof of why your banned because that can give hackers a idea how to bypass
