Dwarf from Call of Duty Online.

This map is kinda special and is not really meant to be played for objective gamemodes, I won't bother adding them. Demolition, Sabotage, Search and Destroy, HQ, Capture the Flag and Drop Zone are not supported.
Same goes for the killstreaks, the map is all inside an office, so most of killstreaks are not supported.

There's a minor visual issue on some jump pads that I didn't manage to fix, do not report it.
