Plutonium

RedetermineFPS FYI the Linux installer does not install a Linux build of the server. There is only a .exe to run for all platforms.

I went to update it today and saw this;

./plutonium: 1: ./plutonium: linux: not found

It's trying to load linux file in plutonium... Then I check the new file;

linux builds are broken for now

Well done could have at least echoed it.

Servers will run through wine just like IW5 and T6.

This is one reason why I can't fully support it on my server platform.

Kalitos Those commands look good to me. Do a test server for Linux as I still have a lot of problem with wine and IW5 but it's probably down to me using Debian instead of Ubuntu.

That is this part, I'm guessing;

Linux

• Execute chmod +x StartIW4MAdmin.sh
• Run StartIW4MAdmin.sh
• Configure IW4MAdmin

This is for IW4x but the IW4MAdmin stuff is in the install.sh file for Linux. Not tried it but I guess if you know Linux enough to install a game server, should be OK.

We're hoping to get players from CoD4 Promod onto MW3 Promod but we're still waiting on fixes at Plutonium to make it work. The players won't play on it regularly like it is now.

@noxiwoxi Easy to miss things. Just remember, we're all human here. They're not getting paid to work on this. Hopefully it's solved soon, just be calm.

Unless you mean on T6, in which case its a matter of waiting for the update.

There should be no .dll files in the install folder...? Show the folder contents.

I'm also getting failed to load plugin "promod.dll". on r600 (worked before updating).

There's way too much detail on the maps. Looks like most of the blocked ones need to be looked into and allowed.

If they can be 'abused', maybe plugins can set the values and force them (pretty sure it does for some in CoD4 Promod).

Lyrex Not sure if an issue I had was similar but mine started working without errors yesterday after trying for days to get it to stay online. Same exception.
